-Have a great week
-8-12 chicken drumsticks
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 tablespoon cumin
-1 tablespoon chili powder
-1 tablespoon smoked paprika
-1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
-3 cloves sliced garlic
-3 cups de-seeded chopped hot or sweet peppers.
-Apple cider vinegar
-1 tablespoon sugar
Boil the peppers in a pot with the sliced garlic, dash of salt, and just enough apple cider vinegar to keep moist. Boil until soft. Add more vinegar to keep from burning or getting dry. When soft, add the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil and chicken and blend or put in a food processor until a paste. Add olive oil while blending to create the paste consistency. Marinate the drumsticks in the paste at least overnight. Grill and enjoy.
