Great Pizza Recipe- September 21

Friends for Jeff Spiegelman,

Election Day is right around the corner. In the 11th District we are jammed packed with events, constituent meetings, and knocking on doors.

-Tomorrow, September 22nd, we have two events with constituents. At 8:00 a.m. we have a coffee at Willey Farms. At 6:00 p.m. we have a town hall meeting at Townsend Fire Hall. Both events are free and open to the public.

-This previous week, as stated, was a busy one. Monday was a coffee with constituents at Tony’s Sausage House. Tuesday night was a meeting about the Tappahanna Tax Ditch. Wednesday morning was a House GOP caucus. Wednesday evening was a town hall meeting with constituents at the Blackbird Community Center (thank you for hosting us). Thursday was the launch of the Vintage Atlantic Wine Region at Harvest Ridge. Thursday night was a fundraiser for 9th District representative candidate Kevin Hensley. Friday morning was the dedication of Hartly Elementary School’s new sign. Friday afternoon was a meeting with the Kent County REALTORs about land use issues in Kent County. Saturday morning was a liquidation sale at Trinity Tactical in Middletown, then door knocking in the Clayton and Marydel areas, then my birthday fundraiser. Busy busy week.

-A huge thank you to those who helped out with the fundraiser including Harvest Ridge Winery, Backyard Louie’s BBQ, and Kieth White Music. Pictures will be posted to our Facebook page shortly. https://www.facebook.com/friends4jeff

-Coming up this week, in addition to our meetings, are several events. Tuesday is the League of Local Governments dinner. Wednesday the Governor is signing a couple of bills to benefit Delaware’s EMS services. Thursday evening is a Rotary dinner and a Beecher’s Brook Homeowner Association meeting. Saturday is the Townsend Parade and Fair and the Harvest Ridge Winery Stomp Out Children’s Cancer event. Sunday is the monthly breakfast to benefit the Hartly Fire Co.

-We are looking for people to help us at the Townsend Parade on Saturday. Lineup is at 9:00 a.m. Please go to our Facebook page for more details or email Samantha at manager@jeffderepresentative.com. https://www.facebook.com/events/854073101293543/

-We have been getting in a lot of door knocking and we could really use some help. If you are interested in helping us out by going door to door, conducting surveys, or driving, please let us know by emailing Samantha at manager@jeffDErepresentative.com

-If you would like to host a Jeff Spiegelman event at your house, please email Samantha at manager@jeffderepresentative.com. We would be happy to work with your schedule for a BBQ, a simple coffee, a quick chat with your friends/neighbors, or whatever else you had in mind.

Great pizza recipe

For those of you who were on this email list last year, this recipe will look very familiar. It is a great way to feed a family when you are very busy.

-1 phone

-1 phone number of a restaurant that delivers pizza (I use Trevi in Smyrna)

-1 method of payment

Use the phone to call the restaurant. Tell them what you want. Hand the method of payment to the delivery driver when they get to your house. Eat the pizza. This recipe does not require doing the dishes when finished.

Thanks.
