Two free events this week- Breakfast Ham- January 19th Update

Friends for Jeff Spiegelman,

This week we have two free meetings with constituents.  Join me tomorrow morning, January 20th, at the Young Bean Coffee Shop in Clayton from 8-9 a.m. and let me buy you a cup of coffee.

On Friday, January 23rd from 5-6:30 p.m. I will be at Harvest Ridge Winery in Marydel.  Come out and let me buy you a glass of wine.

-Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day, everyone.

-This week I have a Mushroom (Class of 2012) Caucus meeting at Leg. Hall on Tuesday.

-Wednesday I am sponsoring a resolution declaring February as Delaware Wine Month.  Wednesday night is the Delaware Ag. Industry Dinner.

-Thursday I have a Small Business Caucus meeting and a Joint Sunset Committee meeting.

-Saturday I am attending the Wine, Beer, and Cheese event with Mispillion Brewery and Fromage Cheese Boutique at Harvest Ridge Winery.

-Sunday is a Hartly breakfast!  Yummy!
For those of you who end up, for one reason or another, with way too much ham, this is a great way to use some of it as a breakfast item.

-1 Ham

If you are using a spiral cut, get a slice that will fit in a pan.  If you have to slice the ham, cut it as thin as possible.

Get a non-stick pan hot.  Fry until you begin to get brown marks.  Flip.  Serve with eggs and toast.  Think of it like Canadian bacon.

— Thanks.
