Does anyone know a good rain dance?

 

-Tomorrow (Monday) morning is the first our our next round of meetings with constituents. Come to Tony’s Sausage House on Kenton Rd from 8am-9am and let me buy you a cup of coffee

 

-Other than that, not much going on this week. I am going to try to get in a little door knocking in the 11^th District and I am going to try to help some fellow candidates.

 

-No update next weekend. I promise to make it up to you with a great recipe on the 29^th.

Still working on the perfect pesto recipe. This one is very simple and non-dairy (for those who don’t or can’t eat cow utter juice products)

-3 cups freshly washed basil leaves

-1 cup olive oil

-3 slices garlic cloves

-1 large pinch rosemary

-6oz pine nut

-Salt and pepper to taste

-1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed coriander seeds

Heat the oil on medium in a pot and drop in the rosemary, pine nuts, coriander, and garlic. Cook until the garlic begins to brown. Turn off the heat, set aside, and allow to cool. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pule a few times and then blend until smooth. Serve over small shells pasta.
