· COFFEE MEETING – Monday, December 14th – 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. – The Young Bean Coffee Shop (314 Main Street, Clayton)
The other day I was searching for a dipping sauce for some nuggets. I threw this together quickly. It was good and I thought I should share.
-1/4 cup tomato ketchup
-1 tbsp chipotle pepper powder
-1/2 tbsp coriander powder
-1/2 tbsp cumin powder
-couple dashes of your favorite hot sauce
-dash of garlic powder
-dash of onion powder
-couple dashes of smoked paprika
Combine all ingredients. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Can be made in large batches and will keep in the fridge, covered, for a while.
