These are a great way to continue to use up the large pack of chipotle peppers I got.

-1 lbs hamburger meat (I like 90%)

-Slices of cheddar cheese

-8oz beer (don’t use a heavy, dark beer)

-3 tbsp chipotle powder

-1 tsp garlic powder

-Salt and pepper to taste

-Cheeseburger fixings

-Slices avocado

Mix the chipotle powder and beer into the burger meat and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Make into patties and season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook the meat. Layer the cheese on the cooking burger the last minute. Serve with burger fixings and avocado.

— Thanks.
