This recipe makes for great finger food for your holiday party as it can be made in large quantities fairly easily.

-1 ½ lbs. ground buffalo

-1 slice of whole wheat bread

-1 egg

-salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste

-2 tbsp ketchup

Run the slice of bread through a blender until it has turned into large crumbs. Beat the egg. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll into 1 – 1 ½ inch balls and place on a non-stick or greased pan. Bake 35-45 minutes or until done, turning once.

— Thanks.
