-I will be delivering yard signs and door knocking through most of the week. Tis the season for campaigning! I am looking forward to talking to the good people of the 11th District while wearing, what has become, my signature yellow shirts. Please let me know if you are interested in joining us!
-The stickers needed for my yard signs are in and I am ready to start sending them out. Please let me know if you would like a sign. I am happy to deliver one to you. If you have already requested a sign, thank you for your support.
-I am happy to announce my next round of constituent meetings through the summer. I invite constituents to stop by one of the following meetings to share a question or concern about a legislative or district matter that may be on their minds:

· ICE CREAM SOCIAL – Wednesday, August 24th – 12-noon to 1 p.m. – Mamie Warren Senior Center (1775 Wheatleys Pond Road, Smyrna). Join Jeff for a free scoop of ice cream.
When you are busy door knocking, but still have a family to feed, you find ways to cut corners. Here is another fast and easy recipe for those of us who are super busy
1 quart frozen Spicy Crab Stew (I get mine at Willey Farms)
1 packet spaghetti
1 packet onion soup mix
Add the soup mix to the water you are going to use to boil the spaghetti. (OPTIONAL) further season the broth with garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, coriander, olive oil, a whole jalapeno pepper, and salt. Cook the spaghetti. Thaw the stew in the microwave. When the spaghetti is done and has been drained, put the spaghetti back in the dry pot and pour the stew over it. Stir and enjoy.
