Back to health food. How about another baked salmon recipe? I don’t usually use many pre-made mixes or spices, but this one is really good.

-1 slab of salmon. Try to get one that is even thickness.

-1 cup broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced celery

-1 onion, sliced

-2 cloves garlic, diced

-olive oil

-Citrus, Chili, and Garlic with Chia Seasoning.

Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Toss in the veggies, generously season with the (SPICE), and cook until soft. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously season the salmon with the seasoning mix. Squeeze half the lemon onto the vegetables and the other half into an oven safe pan with a tight lid. Sprinkle some oil into the pan. Place the salmon skin side up into the pan. Pour the vegetables around the outside of the salmon. Cook for 20-30 minutes depending on what level of doneness you like. Eat and feel healthier than you did eating whatever food you might have eaten at Sunday’s “Big Game” party. Go Eagles.

— Thanks.
