Recently I have had several constituents apologize for showing up to my meetings with issues that they would like me to look into. No apology required. That is why I have them! I want to make myself available to you in case there is a problem for which you may need your state representative. Happy to help!
-Tuesday night continues the February meetings of the Legislative Oversight Committee. You can go to the General Assembly website to see what organizations are under review. These meetings are open to the public.
-Saturday evening is the Kent County GOP Lincoln Day Dinner. If you would like to attend, please let me know. The keynote speaker is GOPAC and GOP strategist David Avella.
-Here is our constituent meeting schedule. Come to any or all of these events for a little political discussion! Please note we had to move the meeting at Harvest Ridge back a week.

Monday, May 14th Mamie Warren Senior Center Noon to 1 p.m.
Wednesday, May 23rd Young Bean 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Crab. Eggs. Old Bay. Delicious.
-3/4 cup crab meat
-3 eggs
-splash of milk
-1 tpsn Old Bay
-salt and pepper to taste
Beat the eggs with the seasonings and the milk. GENTLY add the crab and GENTLY mix together. You want to be GENTLE because the more you stir and mix the crab, the more stringy it gets. By being GENTLE you will keep it more as pieces of meat. Cook as you would scrambled eggs…. GENTLY. If you are a cheese person, melt some cheddar over the top at the end.
