This is one of those meals that comes to me while wandering through the supermarket trying to keep Saul from grabbing everything in sight. “What do you have now?!?!?…. oh, a flank steak…… hmmmmmmm….. good boy”

-1 flank steak

-1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce

-1/4 cup sriracha sauce

-1 tbsp sesame oil

-juice from 1 lime

-1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

-1 tbsp sugar

-2 tbsp cilantro

Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 6 hours. The longer the better. Let the meat come to room temperature. Get the grill (yes, grill. I know it is January…) to about 450 degrees. Grill 5-6 minutes. Flip. Grill 5-6 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. Slice thin across the grain.

— Thanks.
