1 shallot chopped
2 green onions sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp coriander powder
3 tbsp chili powder
1 ½ cup dry orzo
3 cups chicken broth
¼ cup cilantro
½ lime juiced
Heat the butter in a pot big enough to cook everything. Melt the butter and gently fry the shallots, onion, garlic, coriander, and chili powder about 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. When boiling, add the orzo and cilantro. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer until the orzo is soft (about 25 minutes). Stir in the lime juice.
