Happy New Year- Coffee Meeting this Week- Leftover Ham

Friends for Jeff Spiegelman,

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Thank you for all of your support in 2021. Looking forward to 2022.
-There are a couple of events coming up this week that you might be interested in. As a result of redistricting, the intersection of Forrest Avenue and Nault Road will be in the 11th District. There is a safety open house with representatives from DelDOT for that intersection at the Modern Maturity Center on January 5th at 6 p.m.
-Friday, January 7th is our first coffee with constituents of the year at Tony’s Sausage House from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
-Saturday, January 8th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. is the annual Christmas Tree Recycling Event at the DelDOT Park and Ride on Pine Tree Road in Townsend hosted by Representatives Hensley, Moore, and myself. The trees are mulched (off-site) for use in our state parks.
-I will be running for re-election this year. It has been a privilege to serve the 11th District and the people of Delaware. I look forward to campaign season.
What to do with leftover ham? Simple. Eat it for breakfast.
-Leftover ham slices
Heat up a dry non-stick pan on medium heat. Add the ham slices until they begin to brown. Flip and brown the other side. Serve on a toasted bagel with a fried egg.
-Enjoy your week.
