Survey Postcards- Ginger Fish Rub- April 29 2018 Update

Friends for Jeff Spiegelman,

Thank you to those who have participated in my 2018 survey. Postcards went out this past week for people who would prefer a hard copy or do not have a computer.


-On May 1st is the Delaware Biotech Lunch. I am looking forward to getting an update from this very important industry for Delaware.


-On May 2nd I am attending the Townsend Town Hall meeting starting at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, May 22nd Eats and Sweets 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.


After last week, let’s switch to something a little more healthy. This is very simple and can be used for a variety of fish. I put it on some whole snapper that I put in the oven.


-2 tbsp fresh ginger

-2 cloves garlic

-1/4 cup fresh cilantro

-half dozen green onions

-salt and pepper to taste

-olive oil


Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse to chop. Add a touch of olive oil. Blend until you create a paste. Add olive oil as needed to do this. Use as a rub for baking or smoking fish.
