Friends for Jeff Spiegelman,
Friday night is our Glass of Wine with Rep. Spiegelman event at Harvest Ridge Winery from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. Come out and join us.
-Unfortunately, and last minute, I was unable to attend the Kent County Farm Bureau Banquet. I hope everyone there had a good time. I hope to see you next year.
-Tuesday night was a meeting at MOT Charter School about the empty golf course at Estates of St Anne. Anyone want to buy a golf course? Wednesday morning was a coffee with constituents at The Young Bean. Thank you to everyone who came out. Wednesday night was the monthly Townsend Town Council meeting. Thursday I had an Unclaimed Property Task Force meeting. Today was the Kenton Car Show, a fundraiser at Harvest Ridge for the tornado victims, and a Ken Simpler fundraiser.
-Tomorrow I am recording a campaign video and tomorrow night is the Kenton Town Council meeting.
-Tuesday night is the Kenton Ruritan meeting.
-Wednesday afternoon at 1:15 p.m. is Smokey the Bear’s 70th Birthday at Legislative Hall.
-Thursday night is the Kent County GOP Regional Meeting at Grotto’s. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend. I will be at the Friends of the NRA dinner.
-Saturday is the Delaware Wine and Beer Festival. Go tourism!
-Also, on Saturday, we could use some help knocking on doors in the northern parts of the 11th District. There are only a couple of Saturdays left and we could really use some help from our friends. We will be meeting at 10:00 a.m. at the Towsend Fire Hall. Please let us know if you can make it.
-If you have a Jeff Spiegelman yard sign, we thank you for your support. Please remember to keep them at least 10 feet from the road or DelDOT comes and takes them. Please let us know of any that are missing or damaged and we will replace them ASAP.
-We have been getting in a lot of door knocking and we could really use some help. If you are interested in helping us out by going door to door, conducting surveys, or driving, please let us know by emailing Samantha at manager@jeffDErepresentative.com
-If you would like to host a Jeff Spiegelman event at your house, please email Samantha at manager@jeffderepresentative.com. We would be happy to work with your schedule for a BBQ, a simple coffee, a quick chat with your friends/neighbors, or whatever else you had in mind.

This is the first part of a multi-week recipe. It is also delicious on its own. Next week, we will use the fish to make Eggs, Lox, and Onions
-3 salmon fillets
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 cup sweet white wine
-Pinch of dill
Make sure you are using high quality salt and pepper. Wash and dry fish. Rub with salt, pepper, and dill. Add the wine to pan and add 2 inches of water. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Gently slide the fish in and boil until the fish easily separates with a fork. Eat, but save some for breakfast…..
