Did you, for whatever reason, “fall back”?

-Monday evening is the Townsend Town Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday evening is the Kenton Town Council meeting at 7 p.m.

-On Friday is our rescheduled meeting with constituents at Little Italy Pizza Shop on Main Street in Townsend at noon.

-There will not be an update next week. On Sunday I will be at the flag raising ceremony in Hartly in honor of Veterans Day and all those who served this great nation, past and present.

We are putting together our next round of meetings with constituents. Stay tuned for more details as they are available. In the meantime, please note the change below:

-**NEW DAY** Friday, November 8th – Little Italy Pizza Shop Noon to 1 p.m.

Walking tacos? Where have these been all my life!?!?!?!?

-1 10oz bag of your favorite Doritos flavor

-ground beef, browned and taco seasoned to your liking

-chopped onions, lettuce, and tomatoes

-shredded cheddar cheese

-(optional) sour cream and hot sauce

SLIGHTLY crumble the Doritos in the bag and CAREFULLY open the top. Add a heaping tablespoon of meat, hot, directly into the bag. Add a large pinch of the cheese. Add a large pinch of the veggies. Add a dollop of the sour cream and a couple shakes of hot sauce. Eat directly out of the bag with a fork.
